How commercial and property managers is priced
The same flat truck-load prices as homeowners, with a per-job quote for anything over two truck loads. Property managers and contractors who book regularly can ask their local GoneDay owner about account terms.

Before we arrive
- Send photos of the space when you book and the crew arrives with the right truck.
- Tell us about loading docks, service elevators, badge access and quiet hours.
- Name the person on site; the crew texts them on the way.
Where it goes
Usable office furniture is offered to local charities and resale where one accepts it. Metal and electronics go to recyclers. The rest goes to the transfer station.

Do you work with property managers?
Yes. Tenant move-outs are one of our most common commercial jobs. Book online and name the on-site contact.
Can you come after hours or on weekends?
Ask your local crew. Most run Saturdays, and evening pickups can be booked for offices and retail.
Do you send proof the job is done?
Yes. The crew sends before and after photos to the number on the booking, and the receipt by email.
Can we get one invoice for several jobs?
Ask your local GoneDay owner about account billing. Each GoneDay location is independently owned and sets its own terms.
Do you do regular pickups?
Yes. Properties with steady turnover can set a weekly or monthly pickup with their local crew.
