goneday.com is run by WebnWell (webnwell.com), the company behind the GoneDay brand. Each GoneDay location is an independently owned and operated business.
What we collect
When you ask for a price or book, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, address, ZIP code, the service and size you picked, your preferred time and any notes. We also note the page you came from and, if you came from an ad, the ad campaign.
How we use it
We use it to give you a price, arrange the job and contact you about it. We share it with the GoneDay location that serves your area, so they can do the job. We do not sell your information.
Calls and texts
We call or text you about your request. We send other messages, such as offers, only if you ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. See text message terms.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. The booking form sets one short-lived cookie after a request is sent, holding no personal details. If we add a measurement tag later, we will say so here first.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep booking records as long as we need them for the job, our records and the law. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected].
