Who you deal with
Junk removal and dumpster jobs are done by the independently owned GoneDay location that serves your area. goneday.com is run by WebnWell (webnwell.com), the company behind the GoneDay brand. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
Prices
Prices shown online are estimates for the load size or dumpster size you pick. The crew confirms the final price on site before any work starts. If you do not accept it, you owe nothing.
Booking times
A time you pick online is a request. It is booked once your local GoneDay location confirms it by phone or text.
What we cannot take
Crews cannot take hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. For dumpsters, keep loads level with the top and within the included weight; extra weight and extra days are charged as shown when you book.
Payment
You pay when the job is done, or for a dumpster as agreed when it is booked.
Cancelling
You can move or cancel a booking by replying to your confirmation text or contacting your local GoneDay location. Any fee for a late cancellation is set by that location and shown to you before you confirm the booking; nothing is charged for a request that was never confirmed.
